At OFFTN, each piece is designed with intention and, in many cases, made to order. For this reason, we encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

Refunds

OFFTN does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All purchases are final sale.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at OFFTN’s discretion.

Condition Review

All returned items submitted for exchange will undergo a quality and condition inspection upon receipt.

If a garment shows any signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration, odor, or use:

The exchange request will be declined
The item will be retained by OFFTN
No refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued

This policy is strictly enforced to maintain hygiene standards and preserve the integrity of OFFTN garments.

- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Each piece is created with a balance of boldness and refinement, designed to hold its shape and make an impact without excess. Most styles are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste, with select pieces available in limited quantities. We use carefully chosen fabrics and offer limited customization depending on the design. OFFTN ships worldwide, and our team is always available via email to assist with sizing, orders, or general inquiries.

OFFTN currently ships within Canada and the United States only. All pieces are made to order and require 10–15 business days for production, followed by an estimated 3–9 business days for shipping. As items are made to order, we do not offer refunds; exchanges or store credit may be provided depending on availability. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

With the exception of OFFTN Basics, all pieces across our collections are made to order and may be customized upon request. Each design is produced specifically for you to ensure quality, fit, and attention to detail. Customizations and exchanges are subject to availability, and timelines may vary depending on the nature of the request.

OFFTN collaborates with creatives, stylists, photographers, models, and industry professionals who align with our vision of strong design and intentional storytelling. We also welcome interns who are passionate about fashion, design, and brand-building and are eager to gain hands-on industry experience. Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and may vary, especially for made-to-order items. OFFTN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. OFFTN does not offer refunds.

Made-to-order, customized, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
