OFFTN is a contemporary fashion label founded by award-winning Canadian designer Tia Kureshi. Built on the belief that clothing can be both expressive and wearable, OFFTN explores strength, identity, and structure through refined silhouettes and thoughtful construction.

Raised with an immigrant perspective and shaped by personal resilience, Tia’s design language is rooted in the idea of feeling like an outsider—then claiming space unapologetically. Her work reflects a balance between discipline and emotion, where clean lines meet bold form, and restraint carries quiet power.

After graduating from fashion school in Canada, Tia gained recognition for her distinct approach to modern evening womenswear, earning national awards and industry attention early in her career. OFFTN emerged as a natural extension of this vision—a brand that does not follow trends, but instead builds a consistent design vocabulary rooted in intention.

OFFTN designs are defined by sculpted shapes, elevated essentials, and a minimalist aesthetic that still commands presence. Each piece is designed to be worn often, styled instinctively, and lived in—bridging concept with practicality without compromise.

OFFTN is a Canada-based contemporary fashion brand focused on strong silhouettes, structure, and intentional design. Each piece is created with a balance of boldness and refinement, designed to hold its shape and make an impact without excess. Most styles are made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste, with select pieces available in limited quantities. We use carefully chosen fabrics and offer limited customization depending on the design. OFFTN ships worldwide, and our team is always available via email to assist with sizing, orders, or general inquiries.

OFFTN currently ships within Canada and the United States only. All pieces are made to order and require 10–15 business days for production, followed by an estimated 3–9 business days for shipping. As items are made to order, we do not offer refunds; exchanges or store credit may be provided depending on availability. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

With the exception of OFFTN Basics, all pieces across our collections are made to order and may be customized upon request. Each design is produced specifically for you to ensure quality, fit, and attention to detail. Customizations and exchanges are subject to availability, and timelines may vary depending on the nature of the request.

OFFTN collaborates with creatives, stylists, photographers, models, and industry professionals who align with our vision of strong design and intentional storytelling. We also welcome interns who are passionate about fashion, design, and brand-building and are eager to gain hands-on industry experience. We make every effort to accurately display our products; however, we cannot guarantee that colors or details will appear exactly as shown on your device.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that:

OFFTN reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product availability.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and may vary, especially for made-to-order items. OFFTN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. OFFTN does not offer refunds.

Exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and product condition. Returned items undergo a quality inspection. Any garment found to be worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used will be rejected, retained by OFFTN, and no refund, exchange, or credit will be issued.

Made-to-order, customized, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and branding—is the exclusive property of OFFTN Studios and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

In the event of a pricing or typographical error, OFFTN reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders placed at an incorrect price, even after payment has been processed.
